What You'll Do

• Design animated graphics and motion assets that effectively communicate our mission and initiatives.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Utilize Figma and InDesign for creating user-friendly designs that resonate with our audience.
• Engage in community outreach through creative content that promotes volunteer recruitment and event planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a nonprofit or community-focused setting.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Familiarity with video editing tools and techniques to create engaging video content.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
