About the Role

• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and employee management systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in employee engagement and performance management.

Nice to Have

• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
