About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Employees to join our team remotely. As a Home Care Employee, you will provide essential support to older Australians, ensuring they receive personalized care tailored to their needs. This role is perfect for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver personalized home care services to clients in the Northern Illawarra area.
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as showering and grooming.
  • Prepare meals and assist with food preparation.
  • Provide transportation to appointments and social engagements.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Ageing or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 500 hours of experience in home care or aged care.
  • Full driver's license and a fully insured vehicle.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
