About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Online Marketing to join a leading FinTech company based in Limassol. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to oversee the entire digital ecosystem and manage a global paid media strategy. As the Head of Online Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving performance-focused marketing initiatives across various channels, including Google Ads, PPC, Paid Social, and SEO.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across all paid channels, including Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, and Retargeting.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Build an integrated lead generation framework leveraging analytics and audience segmentation to drive high-intent acquisition.
  • Translate marketing goals into actionable strategies that align with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Implement a data-first marketing culture by integrating digital analytics with business intelligence to generate actionable insights.
  • Design and manage multi-touch attribution models to accurately measure channel performance and evolve reporting frameworks.
  • Oversee collaboration with external media agencies to ensure alignment with business goals and efficient execution of campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies to drive performance improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with 2 years in a strategic role leading digital marketing strategy.
  • Proven track record in managing data-driven lead generation in financial services or FX trading industries.
  • Advanced understanding of multi-channel attribution and funnel analytics.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics 4, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience managing large media budgets with measurable ROI.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for turning complex data into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
