Growth Marketing Lead - Remote Position at Sei Development Foundation

About the Role

We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to join our team at Sei Development Foundation and become the global owner and driver of the Sei community. This Growth Marketing Lead remote position is perfect for someone with a strong background in the blockchain space (crypto or Web3), who is passionate about fostering and expanding decentralized communities.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategies focused on growing mindshare and increasing the number of public advocates who are passionate about telling the Sei story.
• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and stakeholders to strengthen Sei’s position in the blockchain ecosystem.
• Design and implement strategies to grow Sei's mindshare and the number of public advocates in key markets, engaging developers, partners, and the broader community.
• Monitor emerging industry trends, narratives, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for ecosystem growth.
• Empower community contributors by developing programs, resources, and content that motivate them to create and share valuable initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a marketing and community builder within the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 space.
• Deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, including key stakeholders, trends, and market opportunities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a track record of fostering strong connections with partners and industry influencers.
• Highly creative and innovative, with demonstrable success in developing compelling marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and driving community engagement.

• Experience working at a large blockchain foundation.
• Prior success building narratives for a Layer 1 blockchain.
