  • Collaborate closely with international teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns from start to finish.
  • Apply best practices, challenge existing setups, and propose advanced optimizations to enhance campaign performance.
  • Produce clear and regular KPI reporting to track campaign success and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong familiarity with the UK market and/or B2B environments.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, with experience in Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads being a plus.
  • Comfortable working in data-driven, lead-generation contexts.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Native English speaker or possess a high proficiency in English.
