About the Role

We are looking for a Freelance Salesforce Trainer to support our Salesforce Administration course and help our participants make their way into the digital world. This Freelance Salesforce Trainer remote position is part-time, focusing on 15 hours per week, and is available for candidates within Germany and Europe.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver course content with an emphasis on hands-on experience.
  • Guide students to achieve Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Support students in developing confidence with real-world tasks.
  • Act as a mentor and advisor for students throughout their learning journey.
  • Contribute to curriculum improvement and enhance the learning experience.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and planning skills are required.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Experience in teaching or mentoring is a plus.
  • Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience with Salesforce.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related tools.
  • Ideally certified as Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201).
  • Strong passion for Salesforce and digital transformation.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • A high degree of empathy and interpersonal sensitivity.

  • Experience with online teaching platforms.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications.
