About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, self-starting Freelance Sales & Education Coordinator to support Mane’s growing presence in the Los Angeles market. This remote Freelance Sales & Education Coordinator role focuses on driving retail sales performance and enhancing in-store education. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with Sephora Beauty Advisors to drive retail sell-through and lead impactful education sessions that enhance product knowledge.

What You'll Do

• Drive retail sales performance by building relationships with Sephora Beauty Advisors.
• Lead impactful education sessions to enhance product knowledge among staff.
• Ensure Mane’s displays and merchandising are on-brand and in-stock.
• Execute in-store events and activations with Sephora.
• Track and report on KPIs related to sales performance and education attendance.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining in-depth knowledge of Mane’s products.
• Share market feedback with the Sales & Education team to improve strategies.
• Work flexible hours based on market needs to maximize impact.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and experience in sales or retail.
• Ability to conduct engaging training sessions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product knowledge.
• Familiarity with beauty products and brands is essential.
• Ability to track and analyze sales data to inform decisions.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for beauty and customer engagement.
• Experience in merchandising is a plus.
• Flexibility to work hours that suit market demands.
