What You'll Do

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, ranging from entry-level to senior positions.
• Focus on sourcing candidates for the Spanish and broader European markets.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand and match client needs effectively.
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn and various job boards, to identify top talent.
• Provide regular updates on candidate status and market feedback to clients.
• Work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the European tech talent landscape.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
