About the Role

We are currently seeking an Experienced Forklift Operator to join the team at Bundaberg Sugar. What You'll Do

  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to handle materials.
  • Load and unload trucks with precision and care.
  • Move stock within the warehouse or site to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required to support the team.
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Current High Risk Work Licence (LF) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial setting.
  • Confidence in loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to stack and unstack pallets at height.
  • Experience with pallet racking systems is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in the sugar or agricultural industry.
  • Forklift maintenance knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills.
