About the Role

We are seeking a motivated D365 FO ERP Business Analyst / Consultant to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a major ERP transformation project in the manufacturing sector. As a D365 FO ERP Business Analyst / Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering technology change for the company.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with various teams to gather and refine business requirements for the D365 FO ERP project.
  • Support UAT and end-user training to ensure successful implementation of the ERP system.
  • Utilize your strong understanding of ERP implementations, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
  • Document processes and maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Provide innovative solutions to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes related to manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-service orientation.
  • Experience with DevOps and supporting user acceptance testing.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Infor.
  • Knowledge of AI and its applications in ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
