About the Role

- Utilize top-tier CRM platforms such as Symplify, Optimove, and Customer.io to manage campaigns effectively.
- Analyze customer data to inform lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on CRM initiatives and customer experience.
- Implement data-driven insights using tools like Power BI and Postman to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on CRM performance and insights.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within CRM operations.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in CRM or marketing operations, preferably in the iGaming or high-risk sectors.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Symplify, Optimove, and Customer.io.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using data tools like Power BI and Postman.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency or higher.
