CRM Operations Manager - Remote Opportunity in iGaming

About the Role

We are seeking a talented CRM Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the iGaming industry. This remote CRM Operations Manager position offers the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing international company based in Valencia, Spain. You will be responsible for driving the execution and optimization of CRM campaigns across multiple global brands, focusing on automation, personalization, and data-driven customer engagement.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention across various brands.
• Utilize top-tier CRM platforms such as Symplify, Optimove, and Customer.io to manage campaigns effectively.
• Analyze customer data to inform lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on CRM initiatives and customer experience.
• Implement data-driven insights using tools like Power BI and Postman to optimize campaign performance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on CRM performance and insights.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within CRM operations.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in CRM or marketing operations, preferably in the iGaming or high-risk sectors.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Symplify, Optimove, and Customer.io.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using data tools like Power BI and Postman.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a global B2B or B2C environment.
• Knowledge of the iGaming industry and its regulatory landscape.
• Familiarity with other data analysis tools and methodologies.
