About the Role

We are seeking a talented CRM Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing international iGaming company. This CRM Operations Manager remote role focuses on driving the execution and optimization of CRM campaigns across multiple global brands. You will leverage automation, personalization, and data-driven customer engagement strategies using top-tier CRM platforms to enhance customer experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Symplify, Optimove, and Customer.io to manage and optimize customer interactions.
  • Implement lifecycle marketing strategies, focusing on segmentation and personalization to improve customer engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data tools like Power BI and Coralogix, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in CRM or marketing operations, preferably in the iGaming or high-risk sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and tools.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data tools.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
