About the Role

We are looking for a talented Cinematic Director for Game Development to join our innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while leading the creation of captivating cutscenes and cinematic experiences in the gaming industry. You will collaborate closely with writers and game designers to bring stories to life using Unreal Engine.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the full cycle of cutscene creation, from pre-production to final cinematic delivery.
• Organize and coordinate the work of animators, VFX specialists, and sound designers.
• Record motion capture, work with actors, and integrate rough animations into the project.
• Ensure high-quality cinematic experiences that enhance gameplay and storytelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cinematic vision with game design.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Unreal Engine Sequencer.
• Strong understanding of cinematography principles and shot composition.
• Experience in film, animation, or the gaming industry.
• Extensive gaming experience and ability to reference games and films.
• Basic sound design skills.
