Change & Improvement Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Change & Improvement Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational stability and enhancing product performance through continuous improvements. As a Change & Improvement Manager, you will critically assess established products, develop optimization proposals, and continuously enhance quality and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Drive small but impactful ongoing improvements to maintain operational stability and high product performance.
- Critically analyze existing products and develop optimization proposals to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with process and application owners to analyze workflows and identify improvement levers for successful product strategy implementation.
- Gather targeted feedback from user groups through close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Contribute directly to significantly improved customer experiences and optimized time-to-market.
Requirements
- Completed degree in a relevant field or banking training with further qualification.
- Several years of experience in the area of current accounts.
- Strong technical understanding of accounts and payment transactions.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and embrace change.
- Analytical and structured thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
