About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in the MENA region. This Business Development Manager remote position requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape in the Middle East and a robust network of local contacts. Your primary goal will be to enhance our market presence by forming and managing high-value partnerships that drive user acquisition and trading volume.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and recruit strategic partnerships with MENA-based Crypto KOLs, Arabic-speaking trading communities, and regional media outlets.
  • Manage the lifecycle of KOLs, Affiliates, and Introducing Brokers (IBs) to ensure high retention and active trading.
  • Design and execute localized marketing initiatives and offline networking events tailored to the Middle Eastern market.
  • Optimize partnership performance by tracking data and improving Conversion Rates (CVR) and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing and Operations teams to localize promotional materials for the MENA audience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth Marketing within the Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, or Fintech sectors.
  • Must possess an active network of regional traffic resources, including MENA Crypto KOLs and local media contacts.
  • Strong understanding of the MENA market trends and cultural nuances.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
