About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Culver's in McDonough, Georgia. This Assistant Manager remote position plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager to maximize sales volume and profit margins while ensuring every guest leaves happy. What You'll Do

• Assist the General Manager in increasing sales and net profit while meeting annual budget goals.
• Prepare and review daily summary and weekly operations reports to monitor performance.
• Manage team scheduling and deployment based on forecasts and labor budgets.
• Ensure proper portion control and food safety standards are consistently met.
• Recruit, hire, and train team members, providing ongoing coaching and development.
• Conduct quarterly performance appraisals and team meetings to maintain high standards of quality and service.
• Oversee shift operations to ensure quality products and prompt guest service.
• Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.

Requirements

• College graduate with a degree in hotel and restaurant management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
• Certified in-store trainer in all areas.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
