Affiliate Manager - Crypto Vertical (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager in the Crypto vertical to join our rapidly growing team at OFFshore Leads. You'll be responsible for building strong partnerships and managing relationships with affiliates to maximize revenue. What You'll Do

• Develop and manage affiliate programs within the Crypto vertical to drive traffic and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, negotiating terms and ensuring mutual growth.
• Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and traffic specifics to optimize campaigns.
• Utilize our fully prepared infrastructure, including tools, CRM, and trackers to enhance affiliate performance.
• Collaborate with our technical team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Attend top international conferences to network and promote our affiliate programs.
• Work with high-quality offers and our internal buyers to ensure the best results.
• Provide regular reports on affiliate performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the Crypto vertical.
• Proficient in CPA/CPL/CPS models and affiliate networks.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to scale volumes effectively.
• Understanding of analytics, KPIs, and traffic specifics.
• Fluent in English for effective communication with partners.

Nice to Have

• Experience in buying or working closely with buyers.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends in the crypto space.
