Account Manager - Remote Position at LiFT Media Agency

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing B2B and B2C projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the success of our marketing initiatives. What You'll Do

• Manage B2B projects, including SMM for companies and personal branding services for clients.
• Maintain constant communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Monitor and control project progress from start to finish, tracking goals and key milestones.
• Utilize promotional tools such as media promotion, PR, and outreach to enhance project visibility.
• Close projects by finalizing work and transferring information to the back office.
• Ensure compliance with client interests and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing; agency experience is a plus.
• Russian citizenship is required.
