About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join DEKRA in a remote capacity. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships while achieving sales targets. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop accounts within specified product lines or geographic areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure timely collection of Accounts Receivable.
  • Support the Sales Manager in planning and strategy development.
  • Provide training and support to sales and sales support staff.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of experience in direct sales and account management.
  • Existing network of relationships within related industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong knowledge of quality business principles and sales methodologies.
  • Excellent relational and sales skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Demonstrated collaboration, change agility, and customer-centricity.
  • Strong integrity and team spirit.
